Cesar Saenz Pardo, 51, passed away on November 29th, 2017 in El Paso, Texas. He is survived by his loving Mother Esperanza and His stepfather Rafael, His Sisters Patricia, Cynthia and Magalis, and His Brother Rafael. His Sister-in-law Jazmin and His Brothers-in-law Ronald, Eliseo and Lino. He Will be missed by his beloved nieces Michelle, Cynthia, Celina, Katrina, Kaitlyn and Presaih and His beloved nephews Jorge Jr, Joseph, Arian and Martin.

They will held a Direct Cremation followed of a Memorial Service on Saturday 09, 2017 9am to 12pm, with a Prayer Service at 11am at the Chapel of Perches Northeast Location.
